Scott

  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30, 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott) is a popular American musician, rapper and songwriter. He is also a record producer. His stage name is the name of a favorite uncle with the first name and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his inspiration Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major-label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, as well as an agreement for publishing with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. Scott also signed a record contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut full length album, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape) self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. A second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. The debut album of his studio, Rodeo (2015), was led by the hit single "Antidote". His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first album to reach the top spot on the Billboard 200. Scott continued to release albums that year, including a joint album titled Huncho Jack Huncho that was released under the name Huncho Jack. The third studio album Astroworld was also received acclaim by critics. The album was the source of his first Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in the latter half of 2019 on Cactus Jack Records. It was a top 10 hit on the Billboard 200. The single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. in 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs reach the top spot within a mere year.
